Universal Commission Rules
These rules apply to all SMD Partner Network participants.
Commission Tiers
Commission tiers are based on your cumulative Net Revenue. This is the total Net Revenue SMD has collected from customers attributed to you since your certification date, including one-time and recurring payments. Cumulative Net Revenue does not reset. When your total reaches a new threshold, the higher rate applies to qualifying Net Revenue collected after that date, and not retroactively. Refunds and chargebacks reduce your cumulative total.
